                              RESOLUTION NO. 19206
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF
                   CONTRACTS TO OFFICE COORDINATORS, INC. IN
                   THE AMOUNT OF SEVENTY THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED
                   EIGHTEEN AND 12/100 DOLLARS ($70,118.12) AND
                   ADD-RITE BUSINESS MACHINES IN THE AMOUNT OF
                   TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FORTY-SIX
                   AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($25,646.00) RELATIVE TO
                   FURNISHINGS AND FILING SYSTEMS FOR THE
                   CHATTANOOGA/HAMILTON COUNTY COURTS BUILDING,
                   SAID AMOUNTS BEING PREVIOUSLY COMMITTED
                   FUNDING FROM THE PROPOSED CAPITAL BUDGET,
                   AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ANY AND
                   ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS RELATIVE THERETO.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       award of contracts to Office Coordinators, Inc. in the amount of
       $70,118.12 and Add-Rite Business Machines in the amount of
       $25,646.00 relative to furnishings and filing systems for the
       Chattanooga/Hamilton County Courts Building, said amounts being
       previously committed funding from the proposed capital budget;
       	    	 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Mayor be and is hereby
       authorized to execute any and all necessary documents relative
       thereto.
